Tim was born and raised in Lake Macquarie and attended Pelican Flat Primary School before moving onto Swansea High School.

In the year 2000 when the Hunter Ice Skating Stadium opened in Lake Macquarie he took an interest in Ice Hockey which saw him thriving in a competitive sport. It was his experiences in Ice Hockey that opened him up to meeting new people and prompted him to step into a performance based field.

As 2003 came around Tim’s interest in Hockey was shrinking due to a reoccurring knee injury and it was about this time he started to develop an interest in Drama. He began to attend Helen O’Grady’s Drama Academy on Saturday’s mentored by Shane Skirly. He thrived and by the end of 2004 he had become the person his family knew at home and enjoyed his school life like he never had before. His choice to pursue a career in the arts prompted him to take drama as a subject at school and this was when he realised he was in the right place.

Nearing the end of his high school career he decided to audition for the Australian Academy of Dramatic Art which he is now attending having earned a diploma in arts (acting) and is about to finish a bachelor of performance.
